For Domestic(US) Orders 928 Specialists accepts Wire Transfers, Personal/Company checks (checks must clear our bank first) and Money Order / Cashiers checks.
For International Orders 928 Specialists accepts Wire Transfers ONLY.
We will ship all in stock orders upon receipt of your Cashiers Check, Money order, or Wire Transfer.
- Note: personal/company checks will have to clear our bank before shipment of products.
You will be notified the approximate time of delivery for special order or non-stock items when your order is placed.

Our Guarantee
The products 928 Specialists sell are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials for 90 days from date of purchase. 928 Specialists liability is limited only to the repair or replacement of the defective part(s). This guarantee is only applicable to items returned in a prompt manner as described in our return policy below. We will either replace the defective product, credit your account or refund your purchase price (shipping/installation charges are not refundable).
New Parts Return or Exchange Policy
Within 30 days of receipt, call to let us know you are returning the item(s) purchased and to obtain a Return Authorization number. Returned items must be unused in the original boxes or packaging and must not have not been installed. All Factory/OEM parts are subject to a minimum 15% Restocking fee. All other items, including special order Factory/OEM parts and Special Order After-Market/Performance parts are subject to a 25% restocking and/or Order Cancellation fee. Custom Special Orders such as Wheel/Tire Packages or Wheel orders with Custom Sizes/Offsets and/or Custom Paint Finishes and electrical items are not returnable.
You will receive the refund of your purchase price less Restocking fee once the returned item(s) have been received, inspected or order cancelled. Installed items are never returnable. 928 Specialists reserves the right to refuse return of an installed item, and will do so unless authorization has been made in advance.
Shipping and installation costs are never refundable or reimbursable.
Clearance and Overstock Items are NOT returnable unless damaged or found to be defective!
USED PARTS POLICY
Used parts carry a 10-day money back guarantee*
If you are not satisfied with the condition of the part you may return the parts in the same condition as received for a Full Refund minus Shipping and Handling costs.
*Note: Does not Include electrical items such as Control Brains, Relays, etc. Due to the possibility of these items being installed and shorted out due to pre-existing electrical problems they are not refundable once they have been installed. In certain cases there may be a possibility of a credit issued toward your next purchase.

Refundable Core Charges
If the item you order has a core return it must be returned it in the same box. Returned core must be in re-buildable condition, with no broken, missing or "locked-up" parts. Returned core must be same part as rebuilt unit purchased unless pre-approved by us.
You are responsible for proper insured shipping of all core returns to 928 Specialists.

Specific warranties and disclaimers from the individual manufacturers, along with complete installation instructions will accompany every performance/after-market type product and should be carefully reviewed by you (if you install the product yourself) or by you and your mechanic (if installed by others) prior to installation. Installation of these products constitutes acceptance of all warranty and liability provisions.
